Delivering the strategy

Governance is assured by a Board of Directors responsible for the Cluster’s strategy. It relies on a Scientific Committee and a Training Committee.

An operational structure coordinated by the Cluster’s General Delegation ensures the delivery of strategic decisions as well as support for project development and facilitation region-wide.

The Association’s Board of Directors includes 17 members:

The General Assembly comprises all Cluster members, including companies, research laboratories, universities/colleges/training bodies, institutions and local authorities.

The Scientific Committee is made up of world-renowned expert members from industry, academia and research. It is responsible for assessing R&D projects and also generates ideas to launch innovative projects.

The Training Commission brings together private companies (mainly HR services), training bodies, universities and technical or vocational colleges and PASS members. Its purpose is to assess the existing training offer, to study needs and harmonise training programmes in order to make them compatible with the sector’s requirements.
